press alt plus enter on the folder/device you want to share in the network.
The property dialog will open. press ctrl plus tab until you reach the page
call sharing and security. Here give full access or partial access as per
your requirement by following the on screen instructions.

As a government employee of Gujarat, I have to pass the CCC examination
