Hello Friend, I did experience that same problem almost 2 years ago and I got come out by following the steps that I mentioned here. after installing the Kurzweil, just go to kurzweil settings and delete default settings. I am sure, he will come out from that problem. After doing this, the problem still persists, let me know, thank You.
