Hello friends, This mail is related to the demand for changes in the date of the get together to be held in Pune for the VI's.
Friends, we have come to know that there are people outside Pune who want to participate in this get together but are not comfortable with the scheduled date- 18th January, 2008, due to some problems. And we are being requested to shift the dates from 18th January to 25th or 26th January. We dont have any problems in doing that, provided the number of out station participants increase considerably. We also have college events around this period, but if we get a healthy participation confirmation from the outstationed people, we are ready to organize the event on the suggested date. Since, we dont have much time left, I would like everyone to confirm their participation within the next 2 days in the e mail ID's given below. We would also like to make the following points clear. * We are not taking the responsibility of accomodation facilities. * We can suggest the place of accomodation and provide you with the contact details of the same.
