As we know about the availability of bookshare.org services in India I
contacted the Xavier's Resource Centre for the Visually Challenged (XRCVC)
But I got a strange reply which I forwarded to you.
They are writing:
"As per Bookshare India has not appointed any representative for the
Eastern India, as a result we regret we are not able to process your
request".
The only question I would like to rase: is there any jurisdictional bar? If
it is so, where is the issue of accessibility of services to the visually
impaired? Whether, like us, services are also impaired?
