I heard, it is possible with IMEI number, based on which I went to the police station, bust showed me a long procedure, like paying the chalan of RS200 for DCP's approval. After approval the plice will tyup with all the networks to search for. Will they do inspite of much corruption? Why can't we have the same phones used by the normals with a voice support?
