I don't understand your first question, But I can answer to your 2nd one.
When you are talking with a person on skype and second call comes. Go to
call menu. In the answer submenu, it will show you the callers name. Now you
want to ad him or her to conference., don't answer that call in regular
manner. Come out from the answer submenu and pressing down arrow you will
find a option that says "answer and join current call to conference" or some
thing like this. press enter on it and that's it. But remember, if you are
already in a conference and some one other than you host the conference, in
this case you can not do this.

learn skype, I can teach you the same.

What's the relation between download speed and bandwidth?
Are download speed and transper speed are different terms?
How to know my downloadd speed?
Is there any way out to boost up the download speed and bandwidth?
Kindly also tell how to test my connection speed in regards to band width.
Second:
I've recently started using skype and actually loving it now.
Suppose, I am in a conference with some people and someone calls me
at the time, can I add the person to the same conference?
Basically, when I go to answer the call during a conference, it shows
a dialogue that the present call (conference) will needs to hold and
actually it does so if I press ok.
I have heard people saying that it's possible, but how, seems a milian
doller question for me.
So, how to join a incoming call in the already going conference?
Ah, a lot of questions and probably I have striked your brain a bit,
but you all know that I am extremely dumb in all those stuffs so no
chance for leaving!
