Hi, Go to http://web.onetel.com/~fromthekeyboard/word2003.txt and search for "mail merge". Press F3 to find the next instance of the term with in the text. Since I no longer use Office 2003, I wont be able to help you. For others who may read this email, if you have doubts regarding Word, or Excel up to Ver 2003, go through the tutorials hosted here. http://web.onetel.com/~fromthekeyboard/ There are other tutorials as well.
