I am posting this mail on the access India list also so that those who
need
it can separately write to me.
The earlier Circular on the TA rules which allowed Blind/Disabled Govt.
employees an allowance ranging from Rs. 75 to 800 for different cadres of
officers was issued on 3rd October 1997. I hope that must be available
with
you and other readers.
However after the sixth pay commission, it has been doubled for Blind
employees in the Central Govt. vide new OM dated 29th August 2008. I am
enclosing the latest circular duly signed as per your telephonic request.
However readers at AI list can send me a separate mail and I shall send
the
same to you directly.
