hai accessindians, why dont we create a seperate site exclusively for all
visually challenged friends to go through all laws, concessions, and other
acts such as U.N. Convention and P.W.D. 1995 and so on both central and
state govermentsin our country. so that everyone would be benifited easily.
if there is any such site or provision to get those detailsalready existing

Dear members,
I have gone through the relevant circular. Actually, it is Office
Memorandum issued by Ministry of Finance (Department of Expenditures) in
supersession of its previous OM issued in 1997. This wo'nt be applicable
in case of Bank employees, as there is nothing mentioned about it.
All members are free to share their valuable opinions for ensuring its
implementation on Bank employees.
