Flak seeds are very rich in anti oxidants and are excellent for
prevention
of early damages to the tissues of our body.It was recommended to me
bythe
the cardiologist after my recent by pass surgery of the heart.
The flak seeds after drying them in sun is to be powdered and a tea
spoonfull of the same be mixed either with water or milk and the
concotion
to be taken preferably on an empty stomach.
