Hi, This is not a problem associated with your service provider. Your firewall software is blocking your default music player from making an online connection. You would have to make an exception in the settings of the firewall for the music player. Even if you don't have a firewall installed, Windows Firewall is bydefault your firewall. You can change the settings in Start > Control Pannel > Windows Firewall. Then, Ctrl Tab once to reach the Exceptions tab, and ad the music player to the list.
