Firstly, did you take a copy of the RBI circular and the IBA guidelines. I
believe both are easily available at www.eyeway.org
Secondly you don't need only SBI account holders, any bank should be fine.
Thirdly, be firm on what you are asking and don't settle down for what the
manager brainwashes you.
You have to make him realise that he has to follow the regulators and not to
use his brain standing in judgement in the regulators shoe.
