Dear members, I am using Outlook Express and G. mail. Whenever I download messages, JAWS announces the total number of messages that are to be downloaded, but the actual number of downloaded messages is always less than those announced by JAWS. G. mail on its own puts the rest of the messages into the Spam box. Now my query is how to prevent G mail from sending some messages to the Spam box and how can I download all the messages?
