Another option is to use the System Access screen reader with Windows Vista's 
speech recognition software. However, be warned that the Windows Vista speech 
recognition engine as of this writing, does not support Indian English.

Also, system accessed only gives you the ability to dictate and trained the 
software. As far as I know, it does not allow complete hands-free usage of the 
computer like J-say does.
