As we all aware of supreme court judgment in 2004 for providing special
facilities to enable the physically challenged voting.
Will you please throw light on the facilities provided in the previous
assembly elections by the state election commissions? ?

As per the local news papers here in Andhra Pradesh, Election Commissioner
said that they would ensure that information of contested people and their
numbers will be made available in Braille at Electronic Voting Machine
(EVM).
As per a mailing list, same is introduced at West Bengal as well.
