we, JNU visually challenged forum did indeed wanted to give out the invite
earlier, but since it is a national seminar organized at the level of an
institution like JNU, it took us lot more time to put things in place.
hope you understand and appriciate thesituation. we at least those people
who are based in Delhi can make it to the seminar.
