Only if you want to send over 300MB of data in a 24hour time period is it
that you have to sign up as a paid member. Otherwise you still have to sign
up but service is free for uploading and downloading uptoo 300MB of data in
24hours.

You have to create an account with sendspace first. It's free for limited
use, for up to 300 mb and for seven days' duration for a file. Once you
have
got an account, activate the upload link and the next prompts are
self-explanatory.
