Informing this, Chief Electoral Officer Anil Khachi said that presently the provision of Rule 49 N of Election Conduction Rule, 1961 has also been kept in force under which visually impaired or other physically challenged voters can bring along with them a companion above 18 years of age to facilitate them to exercise their franchise.
