This is the ordiniary cane in two parts.
One electronic small device hadbeen attached along with that.
It has to be charged frequently.
if you on the button it will speak water is there.
no matter water is there or not there.
So how it will help a visually impaired person.
I think he did not study the need of a visually impaired person.I met him
and i try to explain to him. But he said If i give so many features cost
will be more
