Jamal Mazrui makes available a free program, PDF2TXT for converting files in
Portable Document Format (.PDF extension) to plain text(.txt extension). The
program lets you convert multiple files in a single, batch operation, either
from a GUI dialog or a console-mode command line.
You can get it here:

Just right click on the link or simply press enter and follow the basic
steps that will allow you to sae the file on your machine.
I used it and it works great.

You may also go for pdf to txt created by jamal mazuri or
something..., last name don't know. I even don't know the URL for
this, google it.
In the terms of accessibility yes it is accessible because the person
himself is blind just telling if some of you don't know.

text. Though I did download it sometime back, I don't remember the
site from which I downloaded it. Since it's free and is only some 900
kb in size, I can attach it, of course, not here but to your personal

though, i my self uses Kurzweil 1000, but its expensive, and if you
just want to convert PDF to word (.doc) or RTF format, its shear
wastage of money.

note, that i'm not sure about accessibility that is provided with
