Dear all

Please, this thread is already closed for all traffic and any opinions may be
traded with the persons concerned off the list.

This has needlessly taken a lot of time and resource of the group already

I don't want any more mails on this broad topic with any subject line.

Dear Venkat

I am fully conversant with the definition of the word: pornography as beside
having a postgraduation in English, I happen to have it in Law and Psychology
as well, and so, no confusing it with sex education.
However, the terms like literary/artistic value, educational value are best
left to judicial discretion in most of the cases as they are unnecessarily
vague and are decided from case to case differently.
Besides, pornography, as it stands, should be equally accessible to visually
impaired as well, Visual impairment does not constitute a bond to live a
sinless and a straight life. Moreover my friend, stimulation of sexual desire
itself is a vital prerequisite for perpetuation of the species and all such
material can and is used for constructive purposes.
Accessibility, as I understand it, has for its purpose, minimization of impact
of visual or any other disabling loss on all activities good or bad.
