Hello, It's a special IE feature that there is a sound alert when the download is complete. Perhaps we can ask the developers to introduce this feature in firefox.
As regards keyboard shortcuts in IE, you will find it under the Contents and Index, Accessibility, Internet Keybord shortcuts section. I am pasting it below for you.
