Hi Sudhir, See if there is a function to get a fields list in word. If yes, you can then use that to navigate to the diagram. I use J-Say so cannot remember whether the fields list is a j-say function or a jaws function.

I have 2 questions in this regard : a) Can I recognize the item, ie whether it is a visio drawing or a screenshot, in some way without requesting for sighted help as I do now ? b) Can I cut / copy these items and paste them / resize them in some way without taking sighted help ?
