hello friends, I am facing one problem since two months. my service engeneer has changed dvd writer in the place of cd writer of samsung on my request. but, writer is giving problem most of time. whenever I insert any cd or dvd, it shows zero item. my earlier writer was hcl company. whenever engeneer comes, it is working perfectly. how to solve this problem? thanks in advance with best regards m.chandru
