Hi Deepak

Instead of looking to obtain specialisation in MBA, it's better to do
some certification courses which carry more weight in the job market.
One such course is "certified financial planner" which is offered by
Financial Planning Standards Board information about which can be
obtained from
http://www.fpsb.org/CMS/index.php

You can also write exams conducted by NCFM( National Certification in
Financial Markets).
There is another exam by name GRPM( global risk professional management)
There is the option of writing Acturies exam which is related to
insurance industry.
Some exams are meant specifically for specialised activities like
retail banking, investment banking, islamic banking etc.
You can also go for CISA, Certification in system audit.
All the above mentioned exams carry importance internationally.
For more details relating to the above, you can contact me personally.
