Hey AccessIndians, An address book is the place in your inbox where you can store and maintain contact details like Names of people alongwith their email address and so on. This is similar to the Contact list or Phone book on your cell phone. You can use these entries in the To/Cc/Bcc fields while sending emails just like you do with phone book entries on the cell phone while dialing out a call. In Ms Outlook you can switch over to the Address book by pressing CTRL+3. In browser applications, you may get a link named Address Book or equivalent after signing in to your inbox. It generally has an easy-to-use interface for adding and editing contact entries.
