Dear Prafulbhai,
In my district of Bhavnagar, there was the facility of the braille ballet
paper. There were braille numbers also on the EVM. So I could cast my vote
very easily on my own. But I know this sort of facility was there only in
four constituencies in Gujarat. In that way, I was lucky.
