This is something one has to face as an Indian citizen irrespective of 
his/her disability. I have to say that Americans staying abroad for example 
do enjoy poster ballots and we unfortunately do not have it in a so called 
largest democracy in the world. Again it just shows two extreme trends 
within the visually challenged community of India of which a predominant 
group of persons despite the privilege of being in the country refuse to 
participate in elections, whereas a tiny group of persons living abroad are 
really interested to participate in the electoral process.

My name is there in voting list, but most of time i am in Saudi Arabia, 
how
are i come, well during my vacation i went to the office, i aske them to
prepare my election but they told me it will only provide on voting time 
you
have to come that time, how i can do that on that time i will lose my job
for it only 1 year i can come to india for vacation and months are 
different

 so far there is no provision to vote through post,
