At mr. bharat,  that’s a wired one, and perhaps this technique of
broadband is called ADSL.
@harish sir, yes, I admire your recommendation, and in fact I’ve sent
information about this complain to
[email protected]
though I got replies, but all they were merely formal. Further, I’ve
contacted all India consumer helpline at 1800-114000 about 10 days
back.
They have registered my complain and adviced me to e-mail the same
concern to nodal officer of my branch.
I’ve done that as well, but still reply is awaiting, and now helpline
executives says that you should waite for a few days more.
I don’t know e-mail ID of consumer forum,  is their any place from
where I can get it?
Sorry guys if I’m hassling you, but I’m just trying to make my voice
to be listen as being an awaken customer, and since you folks have
colossal comprehension about these matters, asking for your help on
this cyber home junction.
