Dear Friend,

I suspect that the folders have not been transferred from the F drive to the current location of your Outlook Express folders. Copy the folders from the F drive to the current location of your Outlook Express folders. After copying, restart Outlook Express & you should find all your folders.

Subject: [AI] Problem with Outlook Express.

Dear Access Indians,

Recently I got my PC reformatted. But now there is a problem with my outlook express. I always go to the maintenance tab in the option submenu in the tools menu of the outlook express and change the path of my outlook express. Therefore all the folders of the outlook express are stored in the F Drive. After formatting the PC, I always get my folders in tact after changing the path. But this time, it does not show many of my folders. It shows only two of my manually created folders, apart from the auto generated folders. They are not hidden, I am sure. Then, why does it not show them? The folders were important. How can I retrieve them in the outlook express? They are there in the F drive, but not in the lists of folders in the outlook express. As a result, I can not open and read them.

I seek your guidance.
Thanking you in anticipation.
Ashik Hirani
