hope all are fine
few days ago, there was a discussion that a visually impaired person
can also get 20% discount on BSNL broadband connection.
actually i talked to SDO of telephone exchange which handle broadband
in my area and he told me that this discount is for government
employees.
he had no knowledge about this discount for VI people.
is it true that this is also for VI's? and if yes, then what would
i've to do for this 20% discount?
