Hello, Please try this: - Go to 'Tools' menu - Down to 'Options...' and hit enter to activate this option - Switch to 'Security' Tab (you can do this by CTRL + Tab key - Tab to option 'Block images and external content on HTML email' - Tab and activate 'OK' button to apply changes.
