Hi
Try putting a stereo headphone in place of external speaker to test if both
the channels of the soundcard is ok.
My guess is the problem is with the external speaker.

Hi,
For the last couple of days, one of my speakers, attached to my PC has
stopped producing output and I can hear only from one speaker.
I have checked the necessary settings in the volume control and also tried
using different speakers, but. the problem persists.
Is this a sound card problem?
