Hi, I'm providing you a work-around as I believe this is not a permanent solution. Here's that:
On the New email or Reply/Forward screen, TAB to the To or Cc button and activate it. In the dialog box that opens, select the recipient from the address list and activate the Bcc-> button or you may TAB to the Bcc edit field and key in the email address(es) of the recipient(s). Close the dialog box by activating the OK button. This brings up the Bcc button as well as the Bcc edit field on the Compose Email screen. hth...
