Renuka, Yes the person can probably do the regular course. it really depends
on the eyesight he really has and how he uses it. If he is the kind of
person who can push himself to his own limits and therefore use his eyesight
to the maximum then he can do it. In practical terms percentages make no
difference. Of course he will need some assistance and more concentration.

Not really a good answer but it can be a start. Kanchan

Subject: [AI] 60% visual impirement considered equal to blindness?

Hi friends,

Can a 60% visually challenged person do the same computer hardware and
networking course as an ordinary person does? I mean is there any need to
undergo for a course meant for the blinds or low visioners, and if so where
can we find this course? A very speedy reply is highly appreciated, since I
have to give the information today itself.

Renuka.
