Bhoomika Trust’s StepOne is a one month “Office Experience Opportunity” program wich is basically for individuals with disabilities who possess basic qualifications and are in the process of seeking suitable jobs. Such individuals are provided an opportunity to work for a period of one month in organizations wich have not employed persons with disabilities. This one month enables the individuals to get work experience, and will also help them to showcase their skills and abilities in the organizations where they are placed during the training period.
