As far as I remember, we need not to have old Emei number. Because I think I
saw on talknav website, that they want the new emei and lisence number of
talks.
For getting lisence number, go to Talks>registration Submenu>manual
registration. Depending on the version you are using you will see either the
serial number directly or, scrol down then you will reach to serial number
box.
For checking emei, press *06#.
