hey all, can any body tell me what is the method indian universities have been adopting for the recruitment of the handicapped persons. do they advertise certain post only for disabled or the disabled are absorbed after they apply for it. i think the universities absorb the disabled from the persons who have applied for it. isnt that essential on part of the universities to advertise post for the disabled in advance. it will be of immense use if some of us ask the universities or the UGC as to how many handicapped faculty members are there all over india and when are they going to be filled. A centralised system of recruitment should be started for this. hope to listen from you folks soon.
