No need to be surprised as these exist in case of some software. I have a PDF to word converter which asks to solve a simple arithmetic whenever a document needs to be converted. The other option we have is to purchase the software if we want to bypass this arithmetic.
But mind you, it was not as simple as this one. We have to use excel to solve it. -- G.
