I have a small suggestion regarding the railway budget of 2009-10.
instead of issuing railway concession to the disabled, railway should an
universal identity card to the disabled to avail the facilities of
railway. it should have a id number to check the genuinely of the persons
by the concerned officials.
some railway officials of some stations did not give the concessions for
travel. in my recent travel, I have denied concession at Rourkela despite
of having genuine concession form. this identity card may help in this
regards. this identity card may be portable and easily cariable.
