Subject: iVolunteer Orientation!! Confirm Soon to make a Difference!!
To:
Dear Access India,
This is the mail regarding the orientation session for iVolunteer. Many who
were a part of the Access India Meet have come forward to make a difference
and to use their skills to change someone's life. Shyam from Mumbai is all
set to join iVolunteer. Srinivasu and Nagaraj also sent me a mail showing
their interest to be a part of iVolunteer. You can still confirm your
presence for orientation. Hope to see you all!!

A warm welcome to the world of *iVolunteering*! To get you started on your
volunteering journey, we would like to invite you to an Orientation &
Training Session which is going to be held on *20th June, the coming
Saturday at 10:30 am!!*

At iVolunteer we believe that *Your skills can change lives*. We offer you
volunteering opportunities which fulfill the needs and requirements of NGOs,
keeping in mind your time, skills and passion. We know people love to
volunteer but they don't know how.

To be a part of iVolunteer family and start volunteering, it is important
that you register yourself on our website. If you have not registered yet, I
request you to register yourself as a volunteer through our website
www.ivolunteer.in and kindly furnish as much information as possible while
you register which would help us serve you better. You could also follow
the below link to begin with your registration.

Through our special orientation programmes we support volunteers in
understanding and adapting themselves to the challenging environs of NGOs. I
am happy to invite you for an orientation programme being conducted at our
office. The Orientation programme and training session is carefully planned
to make it fun-filled learning and team building experience. Post the
session, we will consult with you to understand your specific requirements
and customize a volunteering opportunity for you.

When you come for the Orientation programme and training session, please do
bring Rs. 250/- for your Annual Membership Fees. Your annual membership will
give you the following benefits:

   - A training and orientation session
   - A customized volunteering opportunity that will be in keeping with your
requirements – of social cause/ location/ and your time availability.
   - A minimum of 12 volunteering opportunities in the year.
   - A networking opportunity with thousands of like-minded volunteers
through our groups (we have over 10,000 volunteers nationally)
   - A feature rich newsletter which keeps you informed about key
opportunities and happenings across iVolunteer programmes and our 300
   partner NGOs
   - A token of appreciation to our outstanding volunteers through
‘iVolunteer Star’, a special profile in our monthly newsletter.
   - A certificate towards your volunteering efforts in the year.

Besides these benefits, we believe our volunteers learn greatly through
their volunteering experience. They have an increased understanding of
National social development, improved soft skills and an enhanced outlook
towards life.

As each orientation programme, has limited seats, please confirm your
participation through email or SMS, at the earliest. I would also request
you to be present at the venue on time, or preferably 15 minutes before
scheduled time.
