it may be true in a very few cases.. but as as our friend said one instance cannot charecterise the whole. in fact an association in tamilnadu has so far made many drastic changes in the lives of the visually challenged. but this does not mean that i am the spokes person of that association. my point is simple that each individual should share responsibility and should involve in concrete activities rather than speaking a lot. moreover we must understand the reality that only when we become a unified force we could not only uplift our community but also we could be a part and parcel of the main stream. so friends just think . regards raghu.
