Dear Sir,
It appears that the "Hold Scanner" option has been set to Hold in Kurzweil.
Under this option, the software retains the first page scanned in memory &
does not refresh when a second page is scanned.
In case you are using Kurzweil version 11, you can find the Hold Scanner
option under the Scanner Settings menu. Set the Hold Scanner option to
disable & save the changes.
In case of earlier versions, the Hold Scanner option may not appear under
the Scanner settings menu. In that case, do the following.
1. Go to the DIAGS folder under Program Files/Kurzweil Educational Systems.
2. This folder contains a diagnostic program called Scanconf.x
3. Run this program & ensure that the scanner source mentioned in the
program is the same you use for Kurzweil.
4. In the " Hold Scanner" settings, select Disable.
5. Save changes & exit.
6. Restart Kurzweil. It should be possible to scan multiple pages now.

If anyone knows or uses HP scanner please let me know whether any settings
are required for scanning with Kurzwail software. When I scan it scans
only one page at a time. I have to close Kurzwail and reopen again
Kurzwail for scanning the second page. Is there any option to keep
Kurzwail as a default scanning software?
