In the above issue I am
sharing some information received from one of my friends who is in medical
board A candidate who got employment after producing the disability
certificate is again send to medical board , preferably another one This is
to make sure that that individual is capable to do the designed duties of
that particular post Many of the medical board people are unaware of the
assisstive methods and it is necessary to convince them upto what extend a V
I person can work with the help of assisstive methods and the post should be
provided for them the medical board can not say a person unfit Even after
convincing they still say that the person is unfit we can go to court against
that medical board people
