dear friends, i am a sb account holder for more than 15 years in the canara bank, thousandlights branch, chennai and i applied for ATM card with RBI circular.. as usual the bank refused.. i approached the branch manager he said that the bank policy does not allow them to issue such card to vh persons.. bu declined to give it in writing.. so i approached RBI ombudsman chennai and made a compliant.. case no. 12411 has been given.. i have made this compliant in March 23rd 2009.. today also i spoke to the branch manager of canara bank but no use.. he sang the same song.. what should i do next?.. pls suggest me.. thank you.. with regards, Srinivasan
