Dear Nautial ji,
Follow these steps:
Open the address-book in the outlook express.
Go to the file menu and down to the export submenu.
Press enter and enter again on the first option
"address-book wav".
You will find the usual "save as" option.
give the path and save it.
You can similarly import it too. I hope this helps.
