I am aware of a few studies on Disability Employment conducted by NCPEDP, New
Delhi - NGO Research Study in 1998, Corporate Research Study in 1999, Base Line
Study in 2009.
World Bank has also done a study, 'People with Disabilities in India - From
Commitments to Outcome'. There is a chapter on Employment. It is available on
the World Bank WebSite.
CII has brought out a Manual on disability employment, which we have authored
called "Values Route to Business - The Why & How of employing People with
Disabilities". It is a book. CII is selling it for Rs. 500.
