On any page if I turn page refresh off, so it doesn't take me to top of the page, but it doesn't work. What my knowledge says, that if you turn page refresh off, then the page will be refreshed but it wont take you to the top of the page again and again and you can continue reading wherever you are. I also know that the focus should be on that page only else this setting will revert back to its original. One such example is moneycontrol.com. Please experts guide me. Why does it happen? Solution?
