Folks: Yesterday, I had a talk with a measurement/compliance/designing company which has a specific focus on wireless and telecom devices. I asked them if it possible for someone like me to start learning the design features (technically) so that we can explore ways of incorporating accessibility into a phone that may be available in future. This is a project I am planning do on my own, but as you all know, not without consultation and learning that I would do in the course of this. TO begin with, I would like to know what do you all think as the major challenge(s) we may be facing while designing devices for WiMAX, 3-G or LTE based technologies. Just let me know from where exactly I can start.
