hei to all i have a little querey regarding MS word. 1. in some documents, sometimes when i navigate through CTRL+page up or ctrl+page down, jaws says "previous occurence" and "next ocurence" and sometimes it says "previous heading" and "next heading" respectively instead of saying previous or next page. any idea?
